Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping

  1. Products will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving order.
  2. Working days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  3. There might be a delay in the below scenarios:
  • Orders with 5+ pieces of the same product
  • Products on pre-order
  • Holidays or other closure circumstances
  1. Orders that are out of stock, may take 2 weeks or more to be dispatched. However, we will keep you informed through email in such scenarios.

 

Exchange/Refund

Before you send a exchange/return request, please understand that the products are made by local artists by hand (hand crafted). There might be difference in the texture or natural blemish on the wood. Each one is unique as they are made of natural wood.

However, we are ready to help if the product is damage or broken during delivery.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please write to our email or call us on the below number before 24 hours of placing the order.

Please note that it would not be possible to cancel your confirmed order, if the request is placed after 24 hours.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer’s side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.

 

Returns Policy

The return request has to be placed within 24 hours of receiving products.

To be able to return, the product must be unused and in original package. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

If you receive a damaged product, you may write to us at admin@wittybrain.in or call us on +91 8123275730 within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Based on the situation, we can offer you replacement or repair or refund.

  • We will pickup and replace the product, in case of replacement.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Witty Brain reserves the right to reject refund or replacement in case of frequent returns from the customer. Some locations are not feasible for return pickups, in that case, we may want you to ship the product to us.
